Magic Moments Limousine: Rules and Regulations:

The CUSTOMER/CLIENT whose signature appears on the contract agrees to the following addendum provisions of this contract with A Magic Moments Limousine/HELP-FUL Solutions, Inc.:

NO ALCOHOL will be consumed by anyone less than 21 years of age. No one under the age of 21 will possess any alcoholic beverages at any time.

NO ILLEGAL DRUG USE OR POSSESSION OF ANY KIND OF NARCOTIC OR OTHER NON-PRESCRIPTION DRUG AT ANY TIME IS PERMITTED IN THE LIMOUSINE.

NO FIREARMS or other WEAPONS of any kind are permitted in the limousine.

NO SMOKING inside limousine, $50.00 charge per incident. No exceptions.

The Clean-up fee for anyone getting sick in the limousine will be assessed.

There is a $10.00 charge per glass for broken or missing glasses.

There is a $50.00 clean up fee for excessive trash and other matter left in the Limousine.

Anyone under the age of 18 must be registered as a passenger and it is the customer who signs the contract that is responsible for all occupants at all times.

The driver may, at his or her discretion, terminate the contract without refund should he/she deem the client and/or anyone in the client's party, unruly, interfering with safe operation of the vehicle, being rude, or engaging in any illegal activity.

The Company or Driver will not be responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen property from the Limousine.

Cancellations must be made within 7 days of your scheduled event to avoid being billed the full contract amount.

Overtime will be billed in one hour increments of $50.00/hour, starting 15 minutes after the end of the contracted time and billed at this rate for all portions of the hour. Customer agrees that overtime will be billed at this contracted rate and agrees to pay any overtime charges.

Customer agrees that replacement Limousine may be substituted in the event of any major mechanical issues, limo involved in accident, etc.

All entertainment including CDs, DVDs, MP3's are to be provided by the client.

We reserve the right to inspect all packages of anyone under the legal age of 18 and to have all such packages, bags, etc., placed in the trunk of the vehicle until the final destination.

A Magic Moments Limousine/Helpful Solutions Inc., cannot be held liable for delays or inconveniences due to traffic, weather or other situations deemed a natural disaster or beyond our immediate and direct control.

We reserve the right to implement changes to our contract at our discretion and will notify the client accordingly upon doing so.

In rare cases, A Magic Moments Limousine/Helpful Solutions Inc. has the right to cancel the contract at any time and for any reason.

Contract obligations: I understand and agree to the length and usage along with any charges and I further agree to pay for any and all damages my party may cause during the rental period(s). I also agree to the above addendum Limousine Rules and Regulations.

I am of legal age of at least 18. All damages incurred are at the sole discretion of the driver. I understand and agree to pay the entire contract price if cancellation policy is not followed. The number of hours agreed to on the contract is the minimum hours customer agrees to pay.
